Why the Rover gets a bad Rap! Yo, DJ, spin that wheel!

You have seen them so many places. Next door, out shopping, on TV and in urban and not so urban music videos. It is the Range Rover. A technologically advanced hauler that has every terrain imaginable covered. On the not-so-beaten path, the Rover always delivers, but many never leave the asphalt. This off-road vehicle is a status symbol that can be seen as a regular in any television or movie production.

Why so popular? It isn't the off-road prowess. The point is they look cool. They are cool. People will break their necks ponying up the $$$ to purchase one. Well, not purchase, but how about lease? Can't lease, maybe you can ride along with a friend that has one. These are highly stylized off-road vehicles that movie stars love and people that think they are movie stars love, too. The point, though, is that they are truly great off-road vehicles that go under appreciated.

There is a deep heritage for those stuck out in the sticks that a Range Rover can get you through the worst situations. Being chased by lions. Count on a Range Rover. Being chased by militia? Count on a Range Rover. These are work horses, not show ponies. A little respect, please. So in retrospect, don't be treated like yesterday's news in that atrocious H2. Show people your sophistication and appreciation for the environment with a Range Rover. Wait a sec, these things get terrible gas mileage, so take the Prius instead.
